Echelon Left Is
Leadership Excellence
We help leaders access their full potential in order to create businesses and communities that help humanity thrive.
About
In the military, similar as it is in business, success often comes down to being able to communicate quickly and effectively and to be able to bring resources to bear efficiently to maximize opportunities. The military uses a formation called an echelon because it affords great communication and flexibility.
Echelon Left was formed to bring that same concept of helping leaders and businesses to leverage their existing talent to create excellence.
What We Do
Executive and Leadership Coaching
Our one-on-one leadership coaching is for mid-level to C-suite employees who already have leadership potential but who need that outside perspective to propel them to higher levels of leadership and management.
Development
and Training Programs
Engaged employees are more productive. Investing in them through programs and training sets them up for success so you can stand out from the crowd as a place people actually want to work at.

Values
Honesty
We’re comfortable in conflict and committed to uncovering the hard truths in service of growth. We pledge to be compassionate but to never coddle.
Vulnerability
This is fundamental to the way we show up for our clients, we couldn’t ask them to dig deep if we’re unwilling to go there ourselves. Vulnerability cultivates deeper connection.
Respect
Creating a safe space is at the core of the work we do and we lead by example.
Commitment
The road ahead is long, and we’ll be there every step of the way.
Excellence
Progress, not perfection. It’s about learning and growing each day and continually improving.
Love
We care, simple as that. Some might say there’s no place for love in professional settings. We absolutely disagree, it’s needed more than ever.
“Leaders become great, not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others.”
– John Maxwell
