Christopher Veal
A former Marine officer, combat veteran, TEDx speaker and black man, Christopher leverages all this and his 25 years of experience in executive and leadership development to be a global influencer and speaker on vulnerability, leadership, and masculinity as the author of The Whole Man: Evolving Masculinity.
Christopher has worked with and spoken to leaders and international audiences in healthcare, government, renewable energy, finance, technology, and non-profit sectors. He enjoys working with his clients to customize engaging and thought-provoking experiences that improve their professional and personal relationships and be better leaders and influencers at work and at home. He works with executives, leaders, and teams, to enable them to lead with authenticity and vulnerability which creates deeper trust and connection.
Joanna Lane
Joanna works with organizations and leaders to curate a vision for diversity, equity & inclusion that is authentic and strategic. A certified coach and expert facilitator with over 15 years of DEI experience, Joanna supports her clients across industries to meet their greatest potential. Emphasizing authenticity and candor, Joanna cultivates inclusive corporate cultures with engaging workshops, mentoring, and strategic collaboration with leadership.
Conrad Hayter
Conrad cultivates people, plants, and ideas. He delights in taking focused, intentional action to awaken passion in others and better our world. He is a decorated veteran of the Air Force, Co-Active® coach and leader, a faculty member for the Co-Active® Training Institute, and managing partner at Nature’s Select™, a biological lawn care company. He has more than a decade of entrepreneurship and coaching experience and holds advanced degrees in Systems Electronics, Agri-business Management, and Supply Chain Management. He spends his free time exploring the world, collecting bourbon, volunteering, and taking walks in the woods. Conrad believes together we are stronger and he lives to grow leaders, help teams connect, be outside, and eat blueberries.
Born in the UK and raised in Canada, Sonal is the daughter of Indian immigrants who grew up in East Africa. The blend of these worlds sparked a deep appreciation and interest in different cultures. Sonal’s professional journey began in healthcare as a community pharmacist over two decades ago. Prior to transitioning to executive coaching and facilitating leadership development programs, she spent 14 years in increasingly senior roles in sales, marketing, and strategy in the pharmaceutical industry.
Sonal is known for her wild curiosity, ability to connect quickly with people and bring clarity to the space. She challenges her clients to debunk their self-limiting beliefs and assumptions and to step out of their comfort zones. Sonal’s clients value the combination of her easy-going and direct approach. Her areas of focus include Inclusive Leadership, Resilience, Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness and Conflict Management.
